- Reserve your spaceWe confirm availability. Before you move in you will need one month’s rent in advance, a security deposit equal to one month’s rent, valid government-issued photo ID and a signed Direct Debit mandate.
- Move in from 1 NovemberYour first week is free. Minimum term: one month. Electricity usage is charged separately at the supplier rate.

Common
questions
Can I rent more than one unit?
Yes, subject to availability. Some units have interconnecting doors, so one tenant can rent two or three adjoining units and move between them without going outside. Side-by-side units may also give you both roller-shutter and personnel-door access.
Can I run my business from a unit?
Small businesses, workshops and artist studios are welcome, subject to prior approval. Tenants can receive mail and clients on site. Tell us about your proposed activity so we can check whether the space and our buildings insurance are suitable. Car storage is not permitted.
Do the units have windows?
All ground-floor areas are windowless. The 300 sq ft two-storey unit includes an upstairs office or storage area with a window.
What do I pay before moving in?
You’ll need one month’s rent in advance and a security deposit equal to one month’s rent. You’ll also need valid government-issued photographic identification and a signed Direct Debit mandate for ongoing rent. Electricity is charged separately according to usage.
